After the exposure to the biggest shift in our collective history this last month, the Summer Solstice marked the introduction of a greater field of intelligence beyond the dimensional framework of our current collective awareness, bringing new ways of perceiving, feeling, and understanding life.

If one has been in acceptance of this process, it is now a time of making sense of the awareness that has occurred. This is an integration phase. 

Integration means including this new awareness in your daily activity in small ways, practical ways, and important ways. It means bringing this awareness into every aspect of your life and allowing your next steps to emerge from your new inner understanding.

This is a time to embody the awareness that has been revealed and allow it to reshape how you experience yourself, your life, and your connection to the greater intelligence now moving through humanity. 

And remember, every time you have exposed yourself to more light of your own consciousness, that means you're more aware of your shadow. Do not fear it. Accept it for the illusion that it is, and like any shadow admist light, it must dissipate. And you become increasingly free every time you make this surrender within.
